Steve and Bernie moved to West Cork in 2017 and bought an old farmhouse in need of some TLC, just outside Skibbereen.

They spent a couple of years renovating the house and breathing life, love and laughter back into it!

They opened as a B&B and Residential Studio just as the world went into lockdown!

Fast forward to today and the duo have built a wonderful creative, nurturing  environment for artists to evolve, in the heart of West Cork, a stone's throw from the Wild Atlantic Way.

Bernie has always been involved in creating, from Campervan habidashery to homemade books and fabulous hand knitted Irish wool garments.

She is passionate about her polytunnel and cooking up fabulous homemade food, from local Irish produce.

Along with a warm Irish welcome, it's guaranteed that there will be a story or two from her!
